Summary: the reception guy in the morning was very rude, i just asked for the possibility to empty the fridge (or mini bar or whatever) and he started arguing in a very hostile way. moreover an insecurity feeling around the hotel with some mix of homeless persons and drug dealers made the stay worse. breakfast team was amazing although.

Summary: The Concorde is convenient to the Hauptbanhof. The woman at check-in was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a good start to the morning. The major sights were walkable or a short tram ride away.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel very close to the Frankfurt train station. The single rooms are extremely small but otherwise nice. They have coffee/tea making facilities in the room which was nice. The breakfast was very good as it included cooked breakfast options like scrambled egg and pancakes. Overall a very good option for a single traveller on business. The only downside is the area around the train station feels unsafe. So walking to the hotel was not great. But once you step inside it’s very pleasant.

Summary: 2 minutes walk to main station however too many drunk people in the area. The staff were so nice to pack us breakfast to go becuse we left the hotel at 6am.

Summary: Very helpful front desk. Help me with electrical adapter. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing. Felt very welcome in this hotel!. Will not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to friends.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel for one night only, catching a train from a flight into Frankfurt. It is a 3-min walk to the main railway station, 10 min walk to the Goethe Museum and historical downtown. The rooms are small but that is to be expected in tight downtown buildings. But the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful, almost everyone spoke good English. Best hot breakfast in a hotel I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel.
