Summary: Beautiful location and hotel. The area is safe to walk and there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurants are expensive but DoorDash will deliver here so you can eat cheaper. The pool, views and atmosphere are amazing! The hotel also smells very good! The scent greets you as well as complimentary champagne when you check in.

Summary: Loved the ambiance. Service was fabulous. Both afternoon cleaners and evening turn down service. Location is perfect. The restaurants were excellent-no food disappointed. Puerto Rico is a culinary capital. Adult beverages are fabulous. And thanks for the in room free treats and morning coffee in the lobby.

Summary: From the moment you arrive at check-in you know you’re at a luxury hotel. From champagne at check-in to nightly turn down service, the guest experience is top notch. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Room tip- if you’re on the east end ask for a higher floor since it’s right next to a lovely public park which can get loud at night .

Summary: Plenty to at the hotel itself but close and convenient to walk around and explore. The beach is clean and right outside the hotel and the pool is heaven overlooking the water. The staff and everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating. Did not want to leave! Will be back

Summary: The Condado Vanderbilt was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean/spacious and the views of the ocean were the best we've ever had. Very close to Old San Juan for historic site seeing and great restaurants.
