Positive: It was a great experience staying at this apartment. William was everything and even allowed us to extend this unit and waived the fees. Very spacious, comfortable and neat with all the amenities to make a stay feel homely. We plan to visit San Juan once a year and we plan to make this place our vacation home!

Negative: It was old, and the showers didn’t work properly. The place was decently clean, could’ve been provided with more towels. They also cut the AC off on the last day and didn’t wait for us to check out…

Positive: We loved the spacious of the apartment. We were especially pleased by what we called, "the balcony room," like an enclosed balcony with windows views in three directions.
Negative: No elevator and, in particular, "used" toilet paper can not be put into the toilet. We thought that we should have been informed of this in advance. This was why we checked out of our previous accommodation after only one night, and checked into this property on February 18 We DID appreciate that we were able to move into P5 PR Rentals Condado Beach three nights early, and it is a MUCH nicer apartment in a nicer area, but we groaned when we saw that no toilet paper can be flushed. The property exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, but did not meet our expectations about use of the toilets.

Positive: The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and La Placita. The place its self had basic needs (pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, shampoo, soap) which was very helpful as well. Also they let us keep our bags there before and after checkout.
Negative: It was very hard to get into contact with them. The first night we had got there and had to stay outside overnight with no where to go because of a miscommunication. We reached out multiple times with no answer at all and had to wait until the next morning, it was very scary being outside from 12am-9am in a place we didn’t know and we had a scary encounter with a drunk man. Also it would be helpful for them to have a place to wash and dry clothes.
Summary: I had a pretty good stay, after the first night things went smoothly, no one bothered us about being loud or coming late

Positive: The owners were extremely accommodating, our flight landed earlier than check in and they let us leave our bags with them for the morning until we needed to check in. They also let us do this for checkout as our flight was late. The office is open until 5 pm for that purpose. The place was super spacious, we were able to sleep 10 comfortably. The location was extremely close to beaches and short Uber ride or walk to fun nightlife as well as historical sites in old San Juan. Could not recommend it enough. Also had three bathrooms! The check in process was super simple and easy, using a code.
Negative: Would be nice to have some extra hand towels in the bathrooms, but it worked out fine!
