Positive: - Proximity to SM Clark City (only a 13-minute walking distance as per Google and our own walking capability) - Clean and dusted surfaces

Negative: - Too many half-clad women on wall displays in every room: hallway, living room, and in each bedroom (which is truly not appropriate for a family to stay in no matter if, in our case, no young family members were present) - Elevate the partition between shower stall and toilet bathroom floor to prevent water overflow! What is also NOT part of the hospitality process in this circumstance is we HAD to ask for bathroom floor mats from staff! It should have been a standard requirement as many guests in Kandi Tower are foreigners.

Positive: Nice quiet place. Nice local nieghborhood. Large grocery store a couple blocks away. Street food abundant and close by.

Negative: TV was nice, but connection to the internet was intermittently dropping out. Cable box nonfuntional.

Positive: Kandi tower 2 is great for location, the room is very clean and includes nice amenities. The AC works well and the guards and all staff were very attentive to any requests I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Didn’t try the pool as it seemed to not be maintained a lot.

Summary: Great room with prime location and amenities for experiencing Angeles city.

Positive: It is really very nice and close to the nightlife and places to visit. The rooms are marvellous and very spacious. Just remember that you need to also keep it clean and don’t have loud parties as that is part of the house rules.

Negative: Had only one issue of the air con having a block in their pipes for the drain but it got sorted as you will need to switch it off when not in use.

Positive: We LOVED 2 Bedroom we got first , THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING, WRAP AROUND DECK WAS MARVELOUS,,, THE 2 STUDIO UNITS WERE GOOD ALSO BUT THE 2 BEDROOM MUCH BETTER IN TOWER 3, OUR HOST WAS AMAZING, DUE TO A MIXUP IN SCHEDULE SHE DID EVERYTHING INCLUDING UPGRADE US TO THE 2 BEDROOM UNIT WHICH WAS A REAL GEM, DEFINITLY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN, WE LOVED THE KANDI 3 PEOPLE AND ALL THINGS ABOUT IT, THE GARAGE UNDERGROUND WAS A PLUS WHICH CAN BE ACCESSED VIA ELEVATOR IN CASE OF RAIN, THE VILLAS LOOKED GREAT ALSO, THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTUARANT IN KANDI 3 WERE FANTASTIC MADE FRINDS WITH ALL THE WAITRESSES AND DOOR MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL, THIS PLACE DID IT ALL, A GREAT PRODUCT OF EXCELLENT MANAGMENT, THEY EVEN WELCOMED US WITH A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE, JUST FABULOUS
