Centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, this condo is a great location so close to Northern Michigan activities! Step up onto the covered front porch and enter through the front door into the updated kitchen with an open floor plan to the living area as well as a half bath and laundry closet. The one bedroom and full bathroom are located just up the staircase. Enjoy the little back porch or take a quick walk to hang out on Lake Michigan. This condo is also located right off from the Little Traverse Wheelway, which is 26 miles of a beautifully paved bike trail that goes from Harbor Springs, through Petoskey, and all the way down to Charlevoix.

Summary: The condo was great and right on the Little Traverse Wheelway which worked great since we did a lot of bike riding. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very responsive when we had trouble logging into the Wi-Fi and we got access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of dishes, etc.. Unit is next door to Petoskey State Park and half way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Also close to food stores and a great wine shop across the street. Down the street is an old brewery that has their own beers and a nice food menu. Wifi worked great. Other reviews commented on the traffic noise but we didn't notice it that much. The rental manager was very easy to communicate with both email and text. We left something in the unit and I emailed her in the evening after arriving home and she texted me back about 9pm and then followed up the next day. Very responsive!!!!! Would rent again.

There were 5 of us that stayed and we had so much space. There is an upstairs to this condo which I asked about and was told there was not. I have bad knees so it was tough but our stay was still great.
