Entire first floor Condo! This affordable Central Florida condo is 25 minutes from Legoland and within 29 miles from Disney, and Universal Studios. It includes a generous living room, bedroom and includes a full kitchen. This is an economical way to enjoy vacationing.
Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets.
The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a daybed with trundle. There is a fully equipped kitchen and ample dining and living space. Includes a compact washer and dryer for smaller loads of wash in suite. There are also full size washer and dryers at multiple laundry facilities available at the complex for fee.

Summary: Condo was Clean, Host was prompt and helpful. Would have been more attractive if a TV was in the bedroom. Pool was at the clubhouse not close the condo. The golf courses were in horrendous condition which is the main reason I would not stay in Greneleaf next winter.

Summary: We loved this property! It is far enough out to feel like the country, but not so far that within a few minutes in any direction, you find bustling life. The property was very clean, spacious for a couple and very comfortable. We would look for this place again, if we are in that area. Thank you Mr. Phillips.

Summary: The property is located in a very quiet place, the entire property is as described by its owner. John (the owner) has thought of everything. It was not necessary to contact him because the house has all the facilities. The house of stay was one more reason to make these vacations unforgettable.

Summary: I have stayed in this rental space several times for months at a time and it has always been an excellent experience. The owner and his assistant that he has in the area are all very accommodating and very kind. If you're looking for a comfortable reliable clean place to stay I definitely recommend this one.

Summary: We were in town visiting in laws and really only used the place to sleep. We were out and about all day the day before our last day and I lost the key to our condo. After texting the owner and explaining the situation the property manager showed up with a spare key and got us in for our last night. The response was quick and simple and couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely use this condo again. The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you very much for letting us stay at your place.

Summary: I was coming to Haines City to take CDL classes in RoadPro CDL school and I found this place. Super clean, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there is washer/dryer, plenty of towels, good WI-FI (download speed is about 30-40Mbps), comfortable king size bed. John, the owner, was very helpful and easy to communicate, always responding within a minute. Highly recommend this place!
