Beautiful newly renovated one bedroom two bath two floor condo. This unit has all brand new furniture. This unit is across the street from Bass River Marina. It also has two kayak rental shops and two restaurants right across the street. You can park your car and walk to just about anything you want. We personally love the Ice Cream House and if you want to have drinks on the water Sundancers is a must. If you want to walk a little further you can enjoy live music and authentic Irish cuisine. Don’t forget to take a sunset stroll over the beautiful boardwalk across the way and see the Osprey and their nests. It is very close to the beach and also has an in ground pool on premises. One queen bed and one pull out couch. 6 minutes to South village and West Dennis beach. No smoking or pets allowed. This is a kayakers delight. Maximum 3 occupancy.

Summary: We’ve been vacationing on the Cape for nearly 20 years. This little condo had everything our little family of three needed. It’s adorable and nicely updated. We loved the privacy afforded by the two floor design and two full baths. It’s well located in town, directly across from the Bass River. The unit is nicely situated on the corner so there was no sound of neighbors and it stepped out onto the courtyard so there was zero noise from the road. The host Sabrina was a great communicator and made everything flow so smoothly ❤️ Dennis is our favorite place to stay on the cape because it’s central to everything the cape has to offer. Mayflower beach is just minutes away and Bass River kayaking is directly across the street.

Summary: The townhouse is in a very good location but its a drive or bike ride to the beach. The unit was very clean and nice. The only negative and we reread the units details which was not mentioned, is that from your assigned parking space its a walk to the unit on an unpaved walkway. The area is well lit and the entrance to the unit is ground level but bringing your suitcases and other travel paraphernalia back and forth could be a burden to some. The unit has 2 showers which worked out great for us. All in all we evertything worked out well.

Summary: Perfect cozy comfortable quiet condo in a perfect location. Condo was spotless and fully stocked. I loved the balcony off the bedroom complete with a couch and pillows. Comfortable spot to read as the sun sets. Great place for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Will definitely be renting again!

Summary: The townhouse was lovely and very quiet. The pool was very clean and quiet as well. Very centrally located and a short distance to the beaches. Sabrina is an AMAZING host!! We will be back next year but for a longer stay!!

Summary: We were lucky to find this 2-story condo in West Dennis. It's cute, quiet, and comfortable, and because we had our friend with us, great to have a second full bath. Just wish we didn't have to move furniture to use the full pull-out couch. All in all, a great value. Communications with the owner were good and extremely prompt.

Summary: We had a great week here and really enjoyed our stay! Everything from the location to the unit itself exceeded our expectations! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and the space was well utilized! The complex was very quiet but neighbors were friendly! We enjoyed spending time at the pool which was right outside our door. The owners were extremely accommodating to us and easy to communicate with. We cannot say enough about this place except that we did not want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again!!!
