Our apartment is on the ground floor of a small urbanization in Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja. The layout is suitable for two couples or a family with two children.
The apartment has two bedrooms which are both air conditioned and there are two bathrooms.
In the open kitchen are a regular oven, a microwave and washing machine. Everything is available to cook for four people.
The dining room leads through to the lounge, where there is also air-conditioned. In the lounge, the satellite TV, there is also a DVD player and free internet access.
From the terrace you can go directly to the swimming pool which is situated in a pleasant garden. This is completely fenced, so only accessible to residents or tenants. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the beach is three kilometers from the apartment.
The apartment has an underground parking space but also in the building there are parking facilities.
The final cleaning (80 € / stay) and the washing of the sheet and towel package (10 € pp) can be paid to the keyholder on site.
Due to the new Spanish legislation, we are obliged to register every present over 16 years with the guardacivil, within 24 hours of arrival at the apartment.

Summary: We stayed for 10 nights. Quiet complex with a pool. Apartment had everything including washing machine, 2 bathrooms & individual air con. 10 min walk to plaza with an array of restaurants & entertainment. Buses & taxis very infrequent - best to use an app or call a taxi. Had a great stay.

Summary: A fantastic apartment. Owners were in regular contact with us even before we arrived. We were emailed detailed guidance on where to get the keys along with video and photos to aid in a smooth arrival. Once inside, the apartment is exceptionally clean with bed linen and bath/shower towels provided. It is also well stocked with crockery, cutlery and other kitchen items allowing you to confidently eat in some nights if you choose. Electric oven along with a washing machine and mircowave where all used by my family. The apartment is on the ground floor and opening the balcony doors leads you straight to the pool which is less than 10 metres from the property. Would we stay again? Absolutely! Would we recommend this apartment? Definitely. Thank you for having us.

Summary: This is our second stay at this property. The Host responded to messages swiftly. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely pool. Short walk to restaurants. Would recommend.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We found it to be light & spacious and very well equipped. The garden & pool area were lovely and it was especially nice being on the ground floor facing the gardens so being able to walk from the balcony straight to the pool. Communication with the hosts was exemplary. The only time we had a little hiccup, Robi facetimed immediately to resolve the minor issue. They were incredibly helpful throughout the booking and right to the end of our stay. The location of the apartment was great for us, only around 8-10 mins walk into Villa Martin Plaza but also located in a lovely quiet area. Only a short drive to any of the local beaches, La Zenia Boulevard and many supermarkets. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and, should ewe visit the area again, will definitely be in touch to book again. Thank you Robi & Hilde.

Summary: A great location and lovely pool and gardens. The apartment is on the ground floor so you can hear noise from upper apartments however this wouldn’t put us off booking again. A great week and lovely clean property.

Summary: We stayed as a couple for 8 nights in the apartment. Communication with Robbi was excellent, we collected the keys nearby. The apartment is situated on a lovely peaceful urbanisation overlooking a beautiful pool and gardens. The apartment is clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Its also within walking distance of the many bars and restaurants at Villamartin Plaza.

Summary: Location of property near to Villamartin Plaza few minutes up the road. Inside apartment everything you would need is there, really well equipped. Plenty of pool towels if needed chairs and loungers for round the pool which is lovely. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Summary: I would just like to say what a fabulous time we had at this apartment. Communication with the owners was excellent, with Robi responding to my enquiries very promptly. The apartment itself was spotless with everything you could need. The pool is amazing and right outside the property, you only have to walk down a few steps and there is a lovely grassed area where you can sunbathe. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Villamartin Plaza, which has countless bars and restaurants and food to cater for every taste. Thanks so much for a great stay, we will definitely be returning :)
