Summary: The air conditioning unit in the bedroom closet is taped shut and rattles and makes a lot of noise. There were small noticeable things throughout that could be fixed to make the property seem nicer.

Summary: I am from Alaska and the host was so great he ordered snow for my stay(LOL). Will rent again but in the summer time so I can use the pool.

Summary: The condo was easy to get to in a great location close to many bars and restaurants also an easy drive to the stockyards. It was clean and the pool area was nice! Gated parking with your own parking spot was also very nice.

Summary: We got incomplete check in instructions, we could get in the gate to the apartment complex but had no code to get into the apartment itself. I ended up having to call the apartment manager, The apt was very clean, but could use a little bit of sprucing up in the bedroom and bathroom with nicer bed linens and bedroom rug. Nicer bath towels. Toaster in the kitchen would be awesome. Also, written instructions on how to get into the locked swimming pool at the apt complex. I had to call to find out how to get in there. As a VRBO host myself, I never want my guests to have to call me for any pertinent info. I want to provide complete instructions via the VRBO app and in our provided guest book. Positives were comfy bed and nice shower. A/C worked great. The apt is very close to Dickies Arena, which was nice.
