Positive: Liked the Kitchen and Living Room. And the fact the unit had 2 toilets.
Negative: 3rd Floor was a challenge we had an elderly family member and an 18 month old. Toe kick in kitchen and a transition strip in the kitchen were completely loose and not fastened. looks like the glue failed. They were not nailed. The two glass tables in the living room and kitchen were uninviting with the dining room glass table, having abrupt and hard to see corners. The bathroom shower was in bad shape and very dated with deteriorated window trim, that should not be in any shower. I'm a remodeler here in Colorado and we do bathrooms all the time.

Positive: We really enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool in the recreation center. We love hearing the Fraser River going by. The condo was nice and quiet. Having 1-1/2 bathrooms made things easier. The kitchen was well stocked.
Negative: Little inconsequential things like the old bathtub, having no window covering on the kitchen window to block the sun in the morning, and all the framed artwork was hanging crooked! Also the toilet paper was so thin! Climbing stairs to the third floor was hard the first day until we adjusted to the altitude.
Summary: Overall a fun place to stay.
