Summary: Our family loved our stay. The location was great - just across the street from Winter Park Village - the unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and we were just steps from grills, a fire pit and massive hot tub. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: Great location close to ski lifts. At time of booking I did not realize I had to pay for parking separately and I did not realize hot tub was out of order. It was probably in the listing somewhere but I was in a hurry at time of booking and missed it. Overall we had a great time and was satisfied with the property.

Summary: This Fraser Crossing location was excellent. We were able to walk across the street to take a break from skiing, grab lunch, and relax. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and offered everything we needed. The ski lockers were conveniently located off the lobby for easy access.

Summary: This condo exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, cozy and had everything you will need for a family ski trip. Loved the easy access to the gondola and the villages. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace! Also, you can walk out the patio door and you are right at the hot tub! We would definitely book again.

Summary: This is the third unit within Fraser Crossing in which we have stayed over the years. Once again, it was a great setting for a relaxing week of family time. The condo had what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Of course, there is some wear and tear that you'd expect in a ski-in/ski-out condo, but it does not detract from the experience. We look forward to staying here again!

Summary: Pros : - proximity to slopes & kids ski school is fantastic -mattresses and pillows were comfortable , plenty of blankets - proximity to ski resort base area was fantastic , although everything closes at 5 or 6 so there’s not much to do across the street at night. -mountain is great, offers plenty for beginners - intermediate to advanced. - this unit is right next door to hot tub so that’s a nice perk after ski days. - reservation check in email is clear with codes and info minus parking cost Cons: -Parking garage is very expensive even with the reservation code. It costs us over &100 for 5 nights. - did not feel like cleaning of property was great, only offered 5 bath towels so I had to wash towels often, washer machine had a collection of hair / fuzz so that was gross / winter park vacation rentals were supposed to send more towels but never did - winter Park vacation rentals waited until 2 days before my rental start date to inform me one of the days we paid to stay would not have water bc of a HOA water repair. The rep at winter park vacation rentals said they were aware of the planned water outage several weeks before they sent me the notice, meaning they waited until I could no longer get a refund or change units before letting me know which I think is extremely shady business practices. -bunk bed furniture is on its last leg / very wobbly and not safe - too much furniture so felt too small for our family of 5

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to the gondola making it so convenient, especially with kids. Very comfy and cozy, fully stocked kitchen, and games/puzzles for the kids. Our only issue was the hot tub right outside the unit not being open even though it was advertised as functioning. We chose this condo for that reason since our kids do not like the hot tub. There was a second hot tub that we were able to use on site.

Summary: The unit is across the street and around a 150 foot walk to the gondola and chairlift. The ski lockers were very convenient. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Very easy to get to the garage from this unit - the indoor stairwell was right next to the unit and the garage was one floor down.
