Summary: Great central location to venture out in Philly. Added bonus of garage parking made taking trips outside the city even easier with our rental car. Parking deck is less than a block down the road. You get the whole 4th floor and there was more than enough room to stretch out. Could easily add a whole sectional in there and still not be crowded. Coffee, sandwhich, and chocolate shop are in the same building. La Sacala's Italian is across the street for dinner as last minute dinner plans. Perfect for our Philadelphia adventure!

Summary: Exactly as described. Clean, industrial feel, open floor plan with a lot of room to stretch out. The inside is a little sterile (no special touches). Very comfortable beds. Excelling Old City location 1 block from liberty bell. Great communication with host. Would stay again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to relax during the day and get ready for a wedding. Perfect location for events at the Union Trust and Hotel Monaco. We walked to everything and were able to relax before cocktail hour. Scott was easily available through email. The space was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay again for a night out downtown.

Summary: The apartment itself is a stylish place. Elevator directly to you apartment, brick, open layout, sliding barn doors on bedrooms, etc. You can also see the line for the Liberty Bell from the apartment. So nice. The place also comes with quirks, the top one being you hear the neighbors and they hear you (instructions came with admonition that we don’t wear shoes, especially high heels or the neighbors will call in a complaint). The neighborhood is a downtown one that euphemistically gets labeled as “in transition” - meaning you’ve got nice restaurants and junkies. Finally, pro-tip - no washclothes provided. Bring a shower kit with a scrunchie, soap, shampoo, etc.

Summary: We rented this for a wedding in downtown Philadelphia. Location was very convenient for all the wedding festivities. For the price we paid I was just hoping for a little more. The sinks in the master bath were clogged with poor drainage. The bathtub in second bathroom drains poorly and your feet are in standing water. The cable is really basic and there is little to watch. The TV in the master did not work correctly. It is much dirtier than expected and needs a paint job. It is very noisy with traffic and the trash trucks.There is no ice maker in the freezer. The hot water does not hold out for 5 adult showers. You have to stagger your showers. There are no washcloths. The dryer does not dry very well. Would not stay again.
