Summary: At time at getting into the office the manager was talking to a staff person and didn't attend me until finished their conversation, I felt ignored. Then the lady turned nice at checking in. During the days we were staying the weather was kind of nice, no too hot. During the day leaving the main door and the balcony door open was great. But at night, in my room, was a little to hot, guess what? the AC unit didn't work. The place was OK but, out of three AC systems only one was working. At the first morning being there a person called me for a survey. I reported the AC's Later one man showed up to work on them. I supposed he couldn't fix them. Another person came to try to fix the units. Well at the last day of our staying they fixed the unit at living room only. So not a single nite I slept well. We were having a technician with leader an tools in most of the time. I didn't received any apology or sorry at all, I felt care less.

Summary: The View from rooms is exceptional, the hotel is not large so the use of pool area is wonderful.Hotel staff are very accommodating and we will be returning there on our next trip.
