First of all, the team’s professionalism is noticeable from the very first minute. Fast check-in, warm attitude, and real attention to detail — exactly what you expect from a resort that truly respects its guests. The room was spotless: clean, airy, well maintained, with a beautiful view. The bed was extremely comfortable, the atmosphere perfectly quiet for rest, and the facilities truly at resort standard — not just in description, but in reality.

Negative: A huge plus for being genuinely pet-friendly. We traveled with my dog, Franco, and it’s rare to find a place where pets are truly welcomed, not just “allowed.” The staff’s attitude made all the difference. The pool area is very well organized, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and professionally managed. It’s clear that the management is involved and attentive to detail.
