Positive: Beautiful location overlooking Indigo Bay. Centrally located to travel between Muller/Maho Beach area and Phillips town. Very private only one other couple staying at the resort. Pool area is turfed and has a truly beautiful view which is also the same from the terrace outside of the room. The hosts were very friendly. Design is very modern.
Negative: They want to charge you for towels to be changed or additional toilet paper and things of that nature. Under the sink in the kitchen stunk like a sewer for our entire stay which was unpleasant upon entering the condo after being out for the day. Pool could have been cleaner and pool deck had a pretty strong sewer smell as well. Indigo restaurant was closed the entire time of our stay so without a car there aren’t any walkable/close food options. Beds were not very comfortable and very much on the firm side, pillows were very limp and overall wasn’t that comfortable.
Summary: Beautiful location, centrally located, not the most comfortable and several flaws about the stay overall.

Positive: The property is great! Location is in a very quiet spot with a beach bar which is about 3-5 minute walk away. Great pool and the concierge Matilde and Kevin were excellent! The condo itself is super clean and comfortable. You can cook and they have all utensils you need to do so. Simpson Bay, Maho beach and Philipsburg is a short taxi ride away for nightlife and different beaches with shopping and restaurants/bars. We absolutely loved our stay.
Negative: No dislikes but as walkers, we like to walk everywhere on vacation. Due to Indigo Bay being quieter and secluded, you’ll have to taxi to nightlife (other than the Indigo Bay beach restaurant which is VERY good) but, they link you with Jessy, a local taxi driver, who is great as well so don’t worry about not being able to get around. They’ll have you covered!!
Summary: The location is phenomenal and quiet! You’ll love the views and sounds of ocean and nature from the balcony.

Positive: No breakfast. The location is fairly remote.
Negative: Keeping in mind that the location is rather remote and accessible only by car or taxi basic needs like drinking water, toilet paper and paper towels should be on hand for the duration of your guest’s stay. It would also be helpful to advise your guests in advance that there are no shopping facilities near the condo. If nothing else it would save on duplicate taxi expense.
Summary: We probably would not return due to the remote location.

Positive: Two things really stood out to us: The location on the island. This bay was quite and not crowded. We visited many bays/beaches and this was by far the best. Second, the concierges were amazing and engaging. Mathilde and Kevin were there for any questions we had, both in person and by text. They really made the stay above average. We were there for 15 days and we were able to see the amount of work they put into the operation of the condos and the attention to detail and cleanliness. We took a walk every morning, through lovely neighborhoods and areas where new building is taking place. We even lucked out and saw seven monkeys one morning!
Negative: I would suggest a better description of the condo that is rented. We assumed that we rented a condo with a balcony facing the water and a glass wall view. I did not notice that we secured a "standard" room. It only had a small balcony on the side of the building. We were able to upgrade to the room we desired halfway through out stay so we were able to have the view we were hoping for. This could have been user error on my part, but something to keep in mind when booking a unit. We are both recently retired public servants so our hope was to do it up right, and we did!!
Summary: Just WOW! We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and the location on the bay.

Positive: What I liked the most was the location, the stunning views from the window and the bedroom, and the pool. Above all, I truly appreciated the incredible dedication of the concierge team – their help, availability, and excellent selection of additional activities on the island, as well as their great restaurant recommendations. We felt 100% taken care of.
Summary: If I return to Saint-Martin, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Positive: The property was very clean, the views beautiful, and the hosts were wonderful.
Negative: The unit was hardly stocked at all. One single roll of toilet paper is not acceptable in my opinion. Never have I had this be the case. Water instead of soap in the containers.

Positive: It was beautifully situated in the Indigo Bay Area but not too high up in the hills. Breathtaking views from the rooms. Mathilda and Kevin were fantastic, responsive and helpful.
Negative: The only feedback is that there could be newer bath towels (softer). We could tell they had been washed quite a bit and were a bit hard. And, some type of spray could be helpful for the tiny spider like bugs that show up in the kitchen and dining table.
Summary: Loved it and would come back for another stay in the future!

Positive: The condo itself along with the spectacular views were exceptional. The condo was extremely clean and decorated with a minimalistic contemporary flair. The bed is extremely comfortable and made with high end linens and pillows. The pool was relaxing and quite private. It was nice to have access to a small washing machine. (Please note no dryer, but there are nice drying racks)
Negative: the only minor thing that bothered us was that we were not met upon arrival, and we had some questions that took a while to get answered. Even if they had offered to meet up with us later, it would have been helpful. They only left a very small (new) roll of toilet tissue which for such a high-end rental we thought was somewhat cheap. We requested another roll and while they were hesitant, they did provide one. They do not provide much, only 2 very small pods for espresso, etc. But overall, we would rather have a very clean minimalistic condo than a cluttered over stocked one. The maid accidently neglected to leave bath towels, which we did not notice until bedtime, but they did bring two the next day,
Summary: Gorgeous, romantic, very comfortable setting. We loved every minute of our stay.
