Positive: The location was great and the property was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.
Negative: The kitchen was gross as well as the hot tub. Garbage found around the property too. Showed up at exactly check in time and housekeeper was still there and wasn’t notified by Vacasa that they needed a late check till 40min after my check in time.

Positive: The house being on 5 acres is definitely a plus! Our dogs loved running around the property. Enjoyed the privacy and being able to hear the ocean.
Negative: The gate is quite cumbersome and security could be improved with a digital lock. Bed on main floor wasn't as comfortable as the bed upstairs.

Positive: The house and the outside surrounding is very clean. The Furnishings inside were very comfortable , and the Wi-Fi worked great Overall the location right on the riverfront and the privacy of surrounding trees for the house made it very enjoyable for a secluded getaway for our family. We will be back as we enjoyed our stay immensely :-) our family of 8 was very comfortable. Thank you so much for all of your hard work on this beautiful house and property. 😁
Negative: The lawn was a bit overgrown making it challenging for our little dogs to go potty. So maybe mowing the lawn would be a good suggestion before summertime hits. Also we would have enjoyed playing disc golf had there been discs provided? The padlock for the gate is very challenging. We appreciate the security however the code combination is very challenging to turn, possibly just needs WD-40, we struggled with that. Most importantly we would like to mention the unkept status of the hot tub. When we arrived, there was slime clinging to the sides, foam on top and the filter was full of gunk. There is no flotation device with bromine or chlorine tablets, gave us a question whether or not it was being maintained correctly. A few of our kids ventured to use it however it was pretty gross. I highly recommend a better maintenance routine on the hottub.

Positive: The house has a beautiful view from each bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. Secluded and rustic environment by the river. Management was extremely responsive to an issue we had with the garbage disposal, sending maintenance to fix it within an hour. Overall, an absolutely wonderful place to stay.
Negative: The bottom panel on the screen door fell off and couldn't be put back on. The properties on the street driving up to the house didn't seem well maintained, but once arriving on the gated property, it was an oasis.
Summary: Beautiful and relaxing place to get away from hectic city life.
