Positive: The house was super clean and quiet and Deborah made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Her perfectly cooked breakfast kept us going through our son's graduation and set us up for a wonderful, memorable day.
Negative: A hook for towels would be useful in the top floor bathroom. Otherwise, it was perfect!
Summary: A wonderful house and host - would highly recommend!

Positive: This little B&B was lovely, ideally located for where we needed to be. Room was large, clean, tea & coffee provided. Beds were comfy. Deborah was very welcoming, breakfast was great, full English plus cereal, yoghurt, croissants. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Location: The location was perfect for the Sheffield Wednesday FC stadium as it was a short 15-20 minute walk via the park which in itself was quiet and a tranquil diversion especially by the lake. Parking by the guest house is easily accessible, permit parking free and no double yellow lines to worry about either. The room: The bed itself was very comfortable and spacious and the room and bathroom was clean with tea, coffee and chocolate beverages available. Facilities: The full English breakfast was delicious with additional choice of cereal, croissants, fruit, tea, coffee, toast and a good selection of jams/marmalade available. The host: On a final note the host, Deborah, was attentive and informative. Knowing the reason for my visit, after 'checking out' (to allow for my room to be cleaned), I was offered the use of her lounge for as long as I needed and I was still offered tea or coffee during the morning, Deborah really went over and beyond what I would have expected from a host, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Negative: It is very difficult to find fault as anything stated would be very minor, if I was to offer any developmental feedback it would be to have a larger main towel and a bigger towel rail to accommodate if three people were to be sharing this particular triple room, (not a problem in my particular case as I was the only guest).

Positive: Perfectly positioned in a quiet street but 5 minutes walk from tram stop so easy access to city. 10 minute drive to access to lots of Peak District walks. Big comfy room. Lovely friendly owner, great breakfast.

Positive: It was a spacious, comfortable room in a beautiful guest house. The room and bathroom were spotless. There were hot drink making facilities in the room plus other little extras like shampoo and towels. I was able to take my dog free of charge, which is hard to find. Breakfast was excellent and my host, Deborah, was absolutely lovely (as were her two beautiful dogs) Thank you Deborah for a lovely stay.
Negative: Nothing. It really was all excellent.
Summary: Easy, relaxed and enjoyable stay.
