Positive: Excellent resort in the most beautiful bay, with an astonishing beach. The resort is very peacefull. The rooms are welll equiped, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The staff are friendly and doing their best to ensure the guests are happy.
Negative: We tried to reserve dinners in the restaurants before arrival, but everything was complety booked, except for the French restaurant. This was a bit disssapointing. Also, we wanted to do the snorkling tour through the hotel, but this was also fully bookef.

Positive: Everything! The staff, the beaches, the facilities, the food. It was a beautiful stay! And a special mention to Prabu and Nito who went over and above during our stay.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: the resort is huge and offers many different activities. you don’t really need to leave the resort as hike, excursions and activities happen all nearby and are arranged through reception or app.
Negative: we had just one small disappointment which was that all restaurants we wanted to go for 3 nights in a row were all booked. therefore we needed to choose always the buffet option and that was the most pricey too. i would recommend to try booking the restaurants for dinner at arrival directly if you want to avoid them being fully booked!

Positive: Beautiful resort with two beaches. Junior suites big and comfortable. Everything feels very spacious. 4 restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of foods. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities to choose from, just be sure to book them 1-2 days in advance

Positive: The greeting of the staff and their desire to help, always with a smile. I do want to mention the hostess, Joan from the buffet restaurant, always with a smile , always looking to support and help. We left the hotel and we're still talking about her grace and charm. Thank you 🙏

Positive: An excellent hotel with pleasant, helpful, and professional staff. Beautiful natural surroundings and a great location. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and tastefully designed.
Negative: The shuttle service isn't very convenient. Sometimes all the buggies head in the same direction, leaving you standing there waiting a long time for them to complete their loop. One buggy fills up while an empty one follows right behind it; a schedule would be better.
