Negative: 0 customers service!! We had to complain about the noise of the ladies from the housekeeping every single day during our stay. They kept gathering around our room every day at the same time, while my baby is napping and they would chat loudly and laugh. We complained to the receptionists, the housekeeping manager, the guest relations department and nobody did anything about it. It is insanse to pay 800€ per night and have an issue with the staff that nobody solves out. You have no peace. Also, speaking of housekeeping, amenities such as cotton buds, cotton pads, etc. are refilled when they remember, once in three days, you have to remind them about everything. Furthermore, if you want to book one of three a la cart restaurants, they would always informe you that they are all booked for that night forcing you to go to the buffet. However, if you pass by the a la cart restaurants you can see that they are always half empty, so their policy is absurd, we simply do not like the buffet option, taking our own meal and drinks, we prefer to enjoy the service and a la cart meals, why is that an issue for the hotel?! I have never experienced it anywhere else, it is ridiculous. In general, the hotel lacks stong management and guidance, in a lot of situations they do not know how to act and handle a situation, I commented about it with other guests and they had the same experience. The price is simply not justified for this level of quality.

Positive: Location is stunning, double beach North and South to mitigate bad weather risks, hotel facilities, vibe

Negative: Local Seychelles staff is really really relaxed and sometimes clashes with the quality expected from the price point of the property. Found a bit cheap given how much this vacation costs, that the take away breakfast of the day we checked out and left early for the airport charged extra for sandwiches or such things.

Positive: There were lots of fun activities. We really enjoyed hiking, playing tennis and padel, feeding the tortoises, etc..

Negative: The staff weren’t very friendly or attentive. Most of them didn’t really care about the guests or their jobs, and they didn’t even try to hide it. We encountered a lot of staff on our walks/bike rides, and most wouldn’t even smile or greet us a good morning/afternoon/evening. Just not friendly. Service in restaurants were also very slow, and the food in almost all of the restaurants were terrible! Only Helios and Cyann were decent, the rest were like cheap cafeteria quality. Just awful. The staff also messed up our pick up service from the hotel to the airport. He told us to be ready by 5:30 AM, but had arranged our pick up for 5:30 PM. We had to wait for 30 minutes as they scrambled to find a minivan for that early in the morning to take us to the airport. Housekeeping was also not great. Our tissue box was never replenished, the used towel on one top shelf was never moved or changed, it stayed there for our entire 8 days unmoved. Everything was just so-so. The staff definitely needs a lot more training. The staff in the kids club didn’t really smile much either. They also didn’t always follow the schedule for the kids activities. It was obvious that they didn’t enjoy their jobs, and didn’t try to hide it. Only 1 staff was nice and friendly, and seemed to enjoy the kids.

Summary: Definitely not luxurious or amazing, and not worth what we spent. It was okay overall because of the activities and stun

Positive: A magnificent place! They care about every detail. I celebrated my 35th birthday at Constance Ephelia! I'm grateful for the care, service, and attention to detail. Incredible grounds, a nature reserve! We couldn't even see half of its beauty in three days! We'll definitely be back for a longer stay!

Positive: One of the best resorts I’ve ever been to — and probably ever will be. Every thing is so well thought.

Negative: The lake is only available for kayaking seasonally. Unfortunately, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and we weren’t able to do the activity. Renting sports equipment was also a bit of a hassle
