Positive: Villa was spacious, very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having the plunge pool was an excellent addition and the kids lived it. Internet was flawless, air-conditioning was excellent and security was great. Fruit and basic foodstuffs were gifted on arrival and Fania was a fantastic liason. Pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and the villa half way through the stay. Couldn't really ask for more. Garden was an excellent place to relax after hectic days of snorkling and visits to rainforest and other sights. Thought the value of the accommodation was excellent. The Seychelles is beautiful and this villa is a great base to explore from.
Negative: Can only pay in cash upon arrival not card. Some fixtures were a bit worn.

Positive: We had an amazing family holiday at this wonderful house. The large kitchen was equipped with everything and more than we could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining room table was perfect for our family meals, and the washing machine was a great convenience. The outdoor space was a true highlight, with comfortable furniture and there were loungers around the swimming pool. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxation, providing a quiet and serene environment. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living spaces was fantastic, ensuring we were always comfortable. The entire house was exceptionally clean, with great comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Security at the property is very good. The house has a security system in place with an alarmed response so we felt reassured that our belongings are safe during the day whilst being out and about. The property is secured within brick walls and a secure gate. It was very reassuring to have such good security measures in place. Truly felt like luxury living—a home away from home. Also, the thoughtful extra touches, such as water bottles left for us in the fridge. Fresh fruit and some basic food to cook your first meal upon arrival, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a perfect family getaway.

Positive: The house has 3 large bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower) so it would be ideal for a group or two families. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom and one more in both the living and dining areas, so the house is very comfortable in the local climate. Upon arrival, they were already waiting for us. We found the place thanks to Veronique’s recommendations, but Google maps shows it incorrectly. Large parking. We were also given a compliment from a small set of products and a tray of fruit. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There is also a microwave. There is also an outdoor grill, but you will need charcoal and also the ability to find fishermen)) There is a washing machine (and powder). The house is protected by an alarm system, which gave it a feeling of security. As already written, sometimes dogs bark and roosters crow around, I’m a light sleeper, but I was okay and we tried to get up early. The Internet was normal, not super-fast, but I downloaded stories normally and the child watched cartoons. The speed depends on the time of day, in the evening it is slower (we noticed this in other places where we lived). The house was super clean, and so was the pool. Veronique and Fadia are always in touch. We spent our first 6 nights there after arriving and it was perfect for us to explore the northern part of the island. Firstly, Port Launay beach - there is perfect snorkelling and quite lively reefs. Secondly, it is very close to the pass with the Morne Blanc Trail and Copolia Trail. There are also water springs where you can refill your water bottles. There is also a tea factory there, it’s very tasty, stop for lunch! It’s also close to Victoria, where probably the island’s only large and good store with fresh fish (STC Hypermarket), I would advise you to go straight to it and buy groceries before arriving at the villa (we also bought papaya there, it’s delicious).
Negative: This is a really good place to stay. Not a minus of the property, but rather a note for other guests: I overlooked that payment is cash only. Also, in one of the bedrooms the air conditioner was a little noisy for me, but I just went to another, no problem.
