Positive: Everything about this property was perfect! From the host down to the most amazing bed I have yet to find in a rental. There's not a detail that they have missed in this place it has everything you could possibly think of needing and it's so cozy.!!! The location is perfect right in the middle of Austin close to everything but I just cannot get over The hospitality that was given from Bashar. Truly a 10* stay!!! Will definitely be back!

Positive: The loft was absolutely lovely! The owners have clearly put a lot of consideration and care into making it an inviting, comfortable, and functional space, thinking about every detail. And that really shows. Seriously, it has amenities that you typically only find in 5-star hotels. And the owners were extremely helpful and courteous.
Negative: The overhead light in the bedroom could be brighter. Other than that, nothing.

Positive: Amazing modern loft apartment. Extremely thoughtful extras throughout bathroom and kitchen, provided an extra homey touch. Would 110% stay here again. We loved our stay in Austin, it felt like a home away from home. Very responsive host, quick to reply to messages. Helped out with a door issue within 5min, allowed late check-out for a decent price prior to late flight.

Positive: We so appreciated how well stocked the accommodations were- kitchen had like new appliances, utensils, cookware… bathroom had extra supplies in case we forgot something. Host did a great job of decorating in contemporary style while keeping it very comfortable.
Negative: Ok maybe I had difficulty with the stairs me being of a certain age but that’s my problem. It would not deter me from visiting again.
Summary: Great stay, very responsive, friendly host.

Positive: The location is good and is quiet. The outdoor patio table is a great amenity. The kitchen facilities are excellent. Nicely decorate with plenty of light except for putting on makeup. Bathroom essentials were well thought out and extras available. The unit was very clean with assigned parking right near the front door.
Negative: The loft is just that, a very quaint loft. Space enough for two but no dining table, only counter, couch or outside which would be fine if it wasn't raining. The stairs up to the only bathroom and the bed are very step. I do not recommend this location to anyone with knee, back or weight issues. The bathroom is like an afterthought, smaller than ones I experienced while in Europe, barely enough room to close the door.
Summary: One night stay in Austin traveling from Dallas to San Antonio, this loft was sufficient.

Positive: Bed was dense memory foam, very comfortable for us. Much nicer than hotel room at same price. Well appointed and decorated. Thoughtful inclusion of various items for travelers.
Negative: Booking.Com hid cleaning fee, charge for one night was more than 3x what listing originally displayed as per night cost. Prefer VRBO strategy where it shows clearly what each final price would be when still looking at all available listings. Booking.com also having technical problems that prevented receiving or sending messaging with owner for number of hours during stay. But neither is fault of property owners.
