3 Bedroom House in Black Butte Ranch

Our charming cabin has been completely remodeled. Brand new kitchen with all new Bosch appliances. Both full bathrooms are updated. The Master is on the main and two bedrooms upstairs. The cabin has been well appointed with new furniture, art, wood floors and lighting. Our cabin sits on a beautiful half acre lot, partially wooded with plenty of room for kids to play. We have a paved driveway with basketball hoop. We have a very large lovely new deck with propane fire table for relaxing and entertaining with lots of seating and a grill. There is also a private deck off the Master bedroom. We are on a small cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. In the garage you will find bikes for use, including five adult bikes and a range of children's bikes and helmets.
Important Update: Black Butte Ranch has streamlined its resort fee collection process. To enhance your check-in experience, we will now collect these fees from guests upon booking, eliminating any last-minute hassles. Please note that this fee is not new, only the collection process has been improved. You will see this fee reflected as the Property fee.
A five minute walk will take you to Paulina Springs, one of the loveliest and most fun spots on the ranch, and Paulina Pool, which is quiet even on busy weekends because there is no parking. There is also a tennis court near the pool.
The cabin itself is very comfortable with lots of designer touches. The two upstairs bedrooms both have a Queen beds and the bigger bedroom also has a twin bed with a trundle as well.
The Master bedroom has a King bed. On the main floor are two remodeled bathrooms, very up-to-date, with granite countertops and lovely sinks and showers (one with a tub).
Both the Living Room and all three of the bedrooms are equipped with flat panel TVs.
We have cable and broadband internet.
The place is beautiful and in excellent condition. We are a builder and designer couple and take great pride in filling the cabin with special touches.
Black Butte Ranch was developed in the 1960s by Brooks Resources and is now owned by the homeowners, provides gorgeous views and all the amenities: swimming pools, 18 miles of walking and cycling trails, 26 tennis courts, horseback riding, all kinds of activities for kids, and two beautiful golf courses. There are a number of dining options on the Ranch as well, including a fine dining restaurant and more casual dining options, as well as an espresso bar in the Lodge.
Security is terrific on the Ranch (it has its own police force), and it is a place where kids can cycle, walk, and play safely on their own.
Other attractions that you can reach within 20 minutes include the Metolius River, Wizard Falls Fish Hatchery, Suttle Lake (for boating, fishing, and a great bike trail), Hoodoo Ski Bowl, and the town of Sisters, which is known for, among other things, its world-famous Quilt Festival.
If you want to venture a little farther, the hiking opportunities are spectacular -- you will find several Central Oregon hiking books in our cabin.

Summary: This house might be the cleanest house I've rented in a long time. The only thing I would change with the house is if there could be curtains or shades added to the upstairs large bedroom so one can sleep in a little.

Summary: Such a fun spring break destination! We enjoyed skiing, snowshoeing, downtown Sisters and more. The house was cozy with a great kitchen to cook in. The fireplace was a hit with the family and definitely no shortage of wood!

Summary: First rate place. We all loved it. Kitchen fully stocked. Real fireplace AND gas one on deck!! Very Clean. Only downsides were garbage area difficult to find and would much prefer cotton sheets rather than microfiber as this place is pretty much a designer pad. This would be nitpicking as overall a fantastic place. Quite soft beds. Bring your own coffee pods, none supplied.

Summary: This house was perfect! Walking in the door our first reaction was, “This place is so cute!” The house was very clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the outdoor gas fire pit. We wished we had booked more days!

Summary: Just about everything was great. The mattresses on the beds upstairs were uncomfortable. Well equipped kitchen except it was missing a strainer. The fire table was awesome! Great to sit around and look at the stars. The house amazingly stays very cool even on a warm September day, without A/C! We did enjoy our time even with air quality in the moderate category.. Black Butte is still a favorite destination.

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at Teresa's cabin, and another wonderful experience! The cabin has everything you would want and more. Our boys loved playing basketball and frisbee golf at the cabin, and even made a little bike jump out front! The location is perfect, easy bike ride to LAC, and access to the playground/PB courts, etc. Thank you for the hospitality!

Summary: I love the house. The house had everything we needed for our family. I wished that it was a little bit closer to the pool and rec. area. After everything was paid and done with fees and taxes the whole place of Black Butte Ranch is pretty pricey for sure. We will probably try again next time. My brother's family came from overseas to visit us and was very impressed with the property.

Summary: The house had our brother and sis-in-law and their daughter, infant grandson and son-in-law. The space worked well for separating folks and letting the baby sleep - We all loved the deck - and the decor was just so much fun. I could see the decorator eye in it and really appreciated the thoughtfulness and playfulness. The layout itself was a bit weird with the two baths downstairs, but as a BBR owner myfelf I know that remodels and remodels of the remodel do weird things to places.
