Summary: The space was perfect for my needs. A really cute and chic place in a PERFECT location in Portland. I was a little confused upon arrival because I wasn’t expecting the waiting area you walk through to access the space, but upon entering the door it was just as depicted on the site!! The owner was very pleasant as well and I enjoyed our short conversation. Perfect rental for two people.

Summary: Electric stove needs to be replaced. No way to adjust air conditioning so space was very cold. Everything else was very nice and we would stay there again

Summary: Super comfortable, quiet, very walkable for anything in Nob Hill/Slabtown area (tons of restaurants, shops, brewpubs). Was a bit worried with record heat and no thermostat but it was actually perfect despite temps over 100 outside. Washer and dryer next to the room came in handy.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The studio is large and roomy, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The location is great as you get the "neighborhood" feel that you would never get in a hotel. We were able to walk to tons of bars and restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Don't let the fact that the listing indicates that it is a basement unit discourage you. There is nothing basement about it. Very light and airy. Yes, the windows are high up on the walls but this only makes it seem more private. Please note that when parking on the street the signs indicate that you need a neighborhood parking permit. There was not one that came with the unit but we had no problem parking for the three days we were there without one. Also please note that when you first enter the home, you enter through a room that is not really part of the apartment. This was disconcerting at first as I didn't expect it and it looked nothing like the pictures of the listing. Never fear however....just go through the door with the glass window and you are in studio paradise. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We loved it.
