Summary: The location was great, but the unit was wanting in many ways. Parking is a hassle and the place lacked the smallest of niceties, I.e., a kitchen sponge, dish towel, functioning TV, bath mat, decent lighting, stopper for the tub, etc etc.

Summary: The apartment building and the unit itself is appealing and we loved the location. No complaints at all. Yet a scheduling snafu on the part of the corporate owner (Vacasa) marred our last day. They incorrectly had us checking out a day earlier than we'd booked so I got both voicemails and texts telling me that I was "refusing to vacate the rental" and "vacate immediately to avoid further action." I've rented dozens of places from VRBO and never encountered such treatment. Thank goodness my VRBO rental agreement showed the correct dates and I'm grateful that one employee at Vacasa went to bat for us.

Summary: If you’re looking for a great, walkable location, this building is for you! We loved that part of it. I would not rent that particular condo again. Not only was the dining room table sticky when we got there, but the couch was ripped and things were just not clean. They do not provide a sponge or scrubber for the dishes. We had to go buy our own. They provide a limited number of dishwasher pods and when we requested to get more, they said they would not provide any. One of the pods was literally used to clean all of the dirty dishes that were in the cupboards and the drawer! They did not care. There was even water still sitting in a teapot on the stove. I have never ever stayed anywhere that did not provide a sponge that was new and in the package. They provided nothing. When I asked, they said that was not a provision. So, like I said, previously, I had to go to the store and buy one. They provide a limited number of laundry pods as well. We literally stayed there for an entire week! There’s also not anywhere to park for free! The location was great, the employees at vacasa were very nice and the coffee shop that’s inside is great . The building is awesome! Just don’t rent that specific condo. One other thing, they only provide one key to get in the building and into the condo. So, if you’re staying with the multiple people who want to maybe go to different places, it’s impossible for someone to go and then get back in without the other person who is staying there.

Summary: This was a great place to stay while visiting my daughter in Slabtown. Great location with grocery store, shops and restaurants all in waking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property magament company. Only recommentation would be to either have cable or apple tv.
