Our building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited, and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.
The apartment itself is awash with light and quietly tucked away to the side of the building, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location.
It offers 75 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, both featuring king size beds ( 150 x 200 ) spacious and bright living room incorporating a sleek fully equipped open plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
Other amenities include, lift, superfast fibre WIFI access, fire alarm, concierge, entry phone and CCTV for added security.
Our apartment is located on the vibrant Queensway neighbourhood, only metres away from two underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and District-Circle Lines of the London Underground system, as well as many bus lines granting access to Piccadilly Circus in under 20 minutes.
With an abundance of amenities literally on the doorstep your will be spoiled for choice.
Restaurants of over 30 nationalities offering the best international cuisine, trendy shops, gyms with daily and weekly membership, chemist, three groceries on our very street ( open until 23:00 even on Sunday ) and to top it all, worldwide known beautiful Hyde Park is only at the end of the street!
Renowned sights such as the "Victoria and Albert Museum" or the "Natural History Museum", as well as the "Royal Albert Hall" can be reached after a short and pleasant stroll/walk through the relaxing settings of Hyde Park, literally down the street.
World famous Portobello Market, the Japanese Gardens in Holland Park, trendy Notting Hill and the abundance of high end boutiques and restaurants of fashionable Westbourne Grove are all within walking distance.

Summary: This was the most wonderful place to stay for our short London vacation! The flat itself was perfect. We felt instantly at home and we would stay here for our next trip to London without even looking at other options. The neighborhood food, shopping and transportation options were unbelievable! As we were leaving, we realized there were so many more things we didn’t get to than what we did. The location of the flat is perfect. It is an easy transfer from Paddington Station and it is right in between two tube stations that will get you anywhere you want to go. The host was attentive and detail oriented. He made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of for the entire trip. This was beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the experience.

Summary: Rafael, is a most attentive host. He accommodated all of our needs with cheer. The apartment has been renovated in a modern decor and is located in the busy Queensway neighborhood. We are older and needed ease of transit. The location is intersected by direct buses to Westminster, the London Eye, Picadilly, Portabello Market, and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Tube stations in the block will take you to other spots such as Leicester Square Christmas market, St. Paul's Cathedral, and the National Gallery. There are small groceries and pubs on the street. We liked the Prince Alfred pub the best - a recommendation for Rafael. It is also possible to walk to Kensington Palace, take the tour, and stay for high tea in the Orangery for the full English experience. We took Ubers to the theater events and buses back. All in all, it was the right location for our visit. The only caution is that the alley near the apartment is noisy in the evenings at times but for us, it was not a great bother - the location and comfort of this particular apartment outweighed that aspect for our stay. We recommend this apartment to others.

Summary: Flat was exactly as pictured and was wonderful to stay in! The location between two tube stations was really convenient. There were several grocery stores and many restaurants less than a block away. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: This flat was the perfect home base to explore London. It is situated between two tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater, that will get you practically anywhere you need to go. There is every restaurant you could want/need within 2 blocks, including a gem called Pastada…amazing coffee and breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked, but we never had time to cook, plus we didn’t want to generate extra heat. We visited during a warm week and practically no one in London has AC. This made sleeping tricky. The building felt secure, and communication with the owner and his assistant was easy. Check out was great. Lots of places want you to practically clean the whole place before you leave. Our host handled everything. It was great. I would definitely stay here again.
