In the heart of the french riviera, the villa is located 6 km from the beaches of Villefranche sur Mer, 16 km from Monaco, 7 km from Nice port, 20 km from the airport
This house of 225 m² with large volumes, consists of a living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 storeroom., Can accommodate up to 8 people. All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall with a large closet and a guest toilet, overlooking a very spacious living room of 85 m2 with its open kitchen fully equipped 21 m²,
The living room and kitchen, very bright by its large windows give a breathtaking view of the pool and hills.
This room is equipped with a connected LCD screen of 165 cm with a hifi bluetooth chain, a large comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. A filter coffee maker and a nespresso machine are available.
Next to the kitchen is a converted pantry, consisting of a washer dryer, wireless vacuum cleaner, board and steam generator, usability appliances (raclette, fondue, wok ....) wireless vacuum cleaner, electric teapot, blinder , storage units….
At the entrance level is a suite of 15 m² with a high - end bed of 160x200 and a LCD screen of 82 cm. The suite gives access to its large dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin of quality, and its independent toilet.
The suite also has views of the pool and hills and leads directly to the terrace with its large bay window.
The first level is composed of a hall giving on 3 rooms, 1 room bathroom and 1 independent toilet.

At the end of the corridor is a large bathroom equipped with a bath, an Italian shower, a double vanity unit with storage. A hair dryer is available.
For the outside, the villa is on a plot of 1300 m². Access is via an electric gate, overlooking a large parking that can easily accommodate 5 vehicles.
The front of the villa overlooks a large terrace covered with marble granules and a pool of 10 x 4 m with its mosaic beach and filtered by electrolysis.
It is also equipped with an alarm, deckchairs and parasols, for the greatest comfort.
On the side of the villa is a nice contemporary summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and its kitchen area, with table and chairs.
In case of late departure request a supplement of 100 € will be required to stay at the villa until 18h. (Only if there is no passenger entrance during the day)
