This place is located in the central bellevue. You are able to access I-90 and 405 free ways within minutes, convenient to the university district and bus stop. You will be close to everything when you stay at this place.

The whole rental place is on the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a separate and independent entrance.
Owner lives on the second floor. It’s two seperate units. Everything is separated, different entrance.
Owner goes downstairs from second floors in the side yard, and go through the side yard door.
There are four bedrooms three and half bathrooms:

2. Room B one queen bed with a private bathroom outside of the room B .
3. Private room C one queen bed with bathroom inside the room.
4. A half bathroom beside the living room.
Spacious living room and open kitchen with a good view to the backyard. A big deck and backyard with a scenic view.

Summary: This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding at Robinswood House in Bellevue and visiting family in Redmond. Very close to both, which made getting around easy. It's a regular home in a regular neighborhood. It is not fancy, but you can tell the owner is working on fixing it up. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to fix meals. Plenty of room for the 7 of us, and especially nice to have were the 4 bathrooms.
