Summary: We stayed here for our son’s graduation and it was great. Plenty of room for 4 people and several restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen we’ve seen at a vrbo! Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: The condo was as described. The location is very convenient for driving into Denver or into the mountains. Easy walking to several decent restaurants, coffee shop, and brewpub. We did not hear any strange noise when using the upstairs shower as other reviewers have noted. Also, there is large portable ac unit on the main floor, so perhaps this is new since previous reviews. We found the condo very comfortable.

Summary: Very nice place, but it has no central air conditioning, so we found it pretty stuffy downstairs during our July stay. Bedrooms upstairs did have AC units and beds were comfy, so sleeping was a delight!

Summary: This property had everything we needed for a great trip! We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Denver wasn’t far away but the real gem of the trip (besides Red Rocks!) was the town of Golden. The best places we visited were The Golden Mill and The Flats Beer Garden. Both places were within 20-30 minutes and we spent a good deal of time there. Such a great trip and not having to worry about accommodations made it even better! If we are back- we’d definitely stay here again.
