Negative: Parking had me worried but it wasn’t a problem ever, always had a spot right in front of the house!

Positive: Location is good, espacially for Mile High event, less than 10 mins driving away. The houseonwer prepared the place with all his heart I can tell you that.
Negative: The houseowners footsteps went on at 5 AM in the last morning I stay, that's the only thing I complain.

Positive: Very spacious basement apartment with all the amenities you need to cook and/or reheat food. The beds were super comfortable and there was washing detergent which is clutch as I stayed for a stretch of time and needed to wash all my clothes before leaving. Host was super kind, attentive and responsive to all my needs.
Negative: I didn’t like that the towels were short and thin. I did raise that with Jason and he kindly offered other towels but principally I believe they should have been offered at first instance. This is fairly minor and a personal preference.
Summary: Great stay for a long weekend!
