Summary: We were there for a granddaughter graduation. The house allowed us to be 2 blocks from our family. Close to all events we were interested in i.e. Estes Park, Loveland, Red Rocks, Morrison and a quick trip to Terry Bison Ranch Park in Cheynne. The space in the house allowed us to have one of our son's family and a sister to stay with the two of us. We were able to spread out and have plenty of room. The laundry was a great benefit. My son discovered the love of a steamer for preparing clothing for activities. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to prep food and have a great picnic atmosphere in the back yard. We had plenty of room for all three of our sons and four grandchildren to stop by for dinner and fire pit in the back yard one night. It was a great family time for all. We were blessed to have stayed.

Summary: We were there for a granddaughter's graduation. So there were 6 of us ranging in age 17-76. We had plenty of room for our other 7 family memebers to stop over for dinner in the back yard, and breakfast the morning we were leaving. We were just a short distance to the interstate. Easy access to Wyoming, Colorado Springs, Red Rocks, Estes Park....so we were busy. Thankful for a great place to relax and use the hot tub before bed. The back yard was perfect for kids to play and visit with family. We will be sure to stay again! Just two blocks to our son's home. Great neighborhood. A small neighborhood park for kids within walking distance. Thanks Matt!

Summary: This is a very nice home, with abundant room for a large family or group of friends. The amenities are very nice - the gym has high quality equipment, the hot tub works well, and the furniture and appliances are quite nice too. If you want a large home with privacy, a tri-level design to spread out in, and all the amenities one could hope for, look no further.

Summary: We loved our stay at this house! It was very clean and spacious. The beds were soft, and the rooms were two floors apart so there is alot of privacy. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The host was very responsive. I loved walking the neighborhood paths and looking at the mountains in the distance. There are some great restaurants and breweries in Longmont, and the drive to the mountains is not too far and so gorgeous.
