Summary: My family and I, which included 4 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful stay in Joe's home. We had a little trouble understanding the AC & thermostat situation (my 5-year-old likes to touch things and that included the Nest and vents on the window units), but a little googling helped me fix that. Somebody also touched the red switch going down to the basement and we couldn't figure out whether it was supposed to be on or off! Again, google to the rescue. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I appreciated the cleanliness and small details. We played a lot of UNO so I was grateful to find those cards in the dining room! The neighborhood was very quiet which was a plus. I would also like to add that a certain political party showed up asking for Joe, so I appreciate him being affiliated with them ;). Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and absolutely recommend this home!
