Summary: We had a great time. Everything was clean and new. Kitchen had everything we needed. State Parks, lakes and rivers nearby. Grocery and restaurants 10-20 minutes away. Nice property.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at the red barn. Everything was clean and comfortable. The unit had a nice picnic table and grill overlooking the yard. We took advantage of great star viewing at night, and the short drive into the land between the lakes. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels were available. Myself, my husband and our two friends were very comfortable, and glad we chose to stay here. Phyllis left a bottle of wine and a cake for us, which was much appreciated after the long drive and a great start to the weekend. Very peaceful setting!

Summary: I thought we were going to be way out away from everything but we were just a 15 min drive from attractions and restaurants. The house was great and at night you can see hundreds of stars. I would defiantly stay again!

Summary: Our family had such a lovely time staying at this property. Phyllis went over and above making sure everything was nice and clean. And perfect for our four kids! We loved going down the road to the marina. And taking a short drive to Land Between the Lakes for exploring and swimming. Thank you Phyllis for the perfect long weekend away!

Summary: The Red Barn is such a great property for visitors to the Barkley Lake area. Our unit was comfortable and well decorated. Phyllis greeted us at arrival and gave us a thorough tour of our unit. We were able to entertain family and cook dinner for 7 with ease during our stay. The property has a small convenient store (with attached liquor store) very close by, and Eddyville is a fairly short drive up the road for groceries and restaurants. The Eddy Creek Marina is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away by car. If you have larger groups, there are two other units in the building, making it easily scalable. The property exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely come back.
