Centrally located, this Coolum holiday home is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, the centre of Coolum village and its plethora of cafes and surfing life. The convenient location means that you can leave the car at home and walk everywhere. Coolum Beach Holiday Home offers luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests.

Set high to take in the fabulous ocean views, this home has 3 levels. The entry and double secure garage are on the ground floor with side access to the outdoor shower and backyard. On the middle level are the 3 bedrooms including the master with its own ensuite, a main bathroom, laundry nook, kitchenette and outdoor entertainment area. The upper level with its spectacular views has the open plan modern kitchen, dining and living room, deck, media room and powder room.

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 2 Tri-bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top) which sleeps 6 guests

This open plan kitchen has all modern appliances including induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge and Delonghi pod coffee machine. This well equipped kitchen with its ocean views and connection to the other entertaining areas means you can be cooking up a storm whilst still amongst all the activities.
*Entertainment and Living Areas*
The living room and its big comfy couch enjoy a sunny aspect with ocean views. It features a fireplace, TV/DVD and big floor-to-ceiling door with direct access to the covered deck. The deck has a glass panel on the southern side to protect from the wind and is a great place to sit around relaxing while chatting and enjoying the views. On this level, there is a separate TV/media room, study nook and powder room. The fully fenced, pet friendly backyard and BBQ entertaining area is another great place to gather for a casual meal or drink.

Summary: We found this beautiful Coolum property to be immaculately presented, ideally located, very well furnished and fully equipped with high quality fixtures, fittings and equipment. It is an easy 5 min walk to Coolum's main patrolled beach, and a wide range of shops and restaurants. The driveway is steep but it's manageable and there's a big 2 car garage which is a bonus. The home has a couple of flights of stairs but as we are all adults we managed without difficulty. The views throughout the house are fantastic and the top covered patio/deck and the lovely grassed back yard/garden are wonderful. We had a great stay and we'd heartly recommend this lovely property.

Summary: This property is well appointed and sleeps 6 adults comfortably. One block from the beach and shops so is also very convenient. Dawn and dusk views from the prominent balcony were the initial draw cards for us and didn’t disappoint. Excellent kitchen for entertaining and media room to banish adult children were also a must. This property does not disappoint.
