COOLUM BOUTIQUE TREE HOUSE. With a huge Ocean View our designer home oozes quality and elegance. Ideal for a honeymoon, or couples wishing to enjoy the romance or something special. Nestled in the trees, peace and quiet with the calming sounds of the ocean. Owls, Cockatoos/black and white, Galas, Rainbow Lorikeets have been known to visit in the trees that surround the deck and Possums occasionally sleep in the Staghorns at eye level. Our Treehouse is designed for a couple who want privacy, peace and serenity. Floor to ceiling/wall to wall north east facing windows ensure the ocean is the first thing you see when you wake and the last thing you hear when you sleep. Bookings are Minimum 7 nights. Whether you are twenty or eighty you will appreciate the beauty, the views and the sunshine. Our Treehouse has all the trimmings. Double bedroom and ensuite, elegant lounge, with beautiful kitchen and deck where the ocean is on view from every aspect of the house. Whale watching during their migrating season from the deck can add excitement to your day.
Free high-speed NBN internet access and Foxtel and smart TVs.
Your trained small dog is welcome too. With no secure fencing your dog will require "walkies" with their mum or dad. Our beaches are pet friendly. A dog friendly leash free beach is 1.6km from our dog friendly holiday house. ENJOY!

Summary: Wonderful spot with great view. Very clean and well maintained little 1 bedroom home. Little difficult with 2 dogs but that’s for us humans to fix ! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Both of us were stunned at the fabulous view and the welcome home feel of this delicious architecturally built beach shack. Everything was so well thought out and everything was in its place. As we both settled in with a barista coffee and sat on the balcony, we were welcomed by the lorikeets and other wildlife. Lush palms and the roll of the ocean waves made for a glorious first sunset. It was so peaceful and convenient to the best restaurants; we cannot wait to return.

Summary: Seamless communication from the start of our stay to the last day of our stay. Maureen is very helpful. The property has an excellent location as you have amazing views of the ocean from every room. Property is well stocked and the kitchen has everything that you might need. It is really a tree house(very modern though) as you are surrounded by trees and vegetation. We were so pleased that we didn’t want to leave and booked an extra night. This is definitely going to be our place to go on holidays from now on. Our pooches( Lhasa apso and lab) had a great stay and they enjoyed their daily walks at the beach. Thank you Maureen We will be back

Summary: Lovely small home, ideal for a couple, perched high on the hill with amazing views. Whales and dolphins almost every morning, and possums in the trees every evening. Lots of lovely birdsong all day long. Everything you need is there and tastefully furnished.
