Positive: The property was within the 8 miles from Lyme Regis and Charmouth beaches. It was clean and had a good vibe to it.
Negative: It should have standing fan as the main room upstairs was really hot due to which we were not able to sleep for long hours.

Positive: The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. Also a great size fridge/ freezer. The games were also a lovely touch for our girls to play with.
Negative: The 2nd bedroom was smaller than we thought it would be. The garden/ seated area could be nicer.

Positive: Everything, it was perfect for us. Comfortable double bed for the parents and bunk beds for the 2 young boys, they loved it. Access to own garden very handy with a dog. All details thought of for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Positive: Almost everything. We loved the location, general feel and look of the cottage. The property was very secure and in a lovely peaceful area. The little touches like the milk, emergency pack and facilities within the cottage were excellent and very well thought through.
Negative: The bed. The bedroom itself was small but perfectly formed. The bedding, pillows and duvet were all lovely but the mattress was really quite overdue a replacement. It left us both quite uncomfortable when we got up in the morning. The bathroom is great with a lovely shower and lots of little extra touches but the shower did not drain away properly and we therefore had to turn the shower off 2 or 3 times during our showers to stop it flowing out of the wet room into the hallway.
Summary: 100% would recommend, a couple of small changes would turn this into excellent.
