With stunning mountain views, this gorgeous country property is just a short drive to Pokolbin, Mount View, Lovedale and Wollombi’s tourist regions. The 27 acre farmlet is the perfect environment to soak up the quiet country atmosphere, to watch the native birds and kangaroos at play, and to breathe in the fresh country air.
With wide verandahs to enjoy the breathtaking vistas, the country style home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, timber kitchen with walk-in pantry and granite tops, timber floors throughout and combustion fire for cosy winter evenings.
Just a short drive from the village of Millfield and 15 minutes from Cessnock’s CBD, it is close enough to experience all that the Hunter Valley has to offer while still offering a quiet space to come home and enjoy your chosen bottle of wine with some of the beautiful local produce.
Note: Coopers Run is a rural property which means beautiful views, wildlife and lots of space to enjoy the fresh air. However, it also means that phone reception is a little variable (Telstra is best) and internet speed is not suitable for streaming. We hope our guests are coming to enjoy rural outdoor life!

Summary: Loved staying at Coopers Run. A very special place, peaceful and beautiful! 4 stars due to wifi not working (due to no fault of very helpful and lovely owners.) This is a remote location and on the very odd occasion this can happen. As we were all out of phone range and staying for a wedding it was a slight inconvenience not having ability to contact anyone. Any other time and we would be cheering about it 😂 Apart from that we loved it, and would certainly like to return. Thank you 😊

Summary: Property location is very good property up keep was poor. The table tennis was covered in bird dropping we had to wash it and they advertise it no balls for the table tennis the area the table tennis was in had to be cleaned before we even tried playing, we had to go and purchase some balls to have a game BBQ tray was full easy to start a fire we had to clean it to ensure we didn’t have a flare up. Over all it just needs proper care because the location is very good

Summary: Lovely home, warm and comfortable, in a convenient location. Beautiful outlook. Only downside was there was no cleaning products (Mop, bucket, domestos, spray and wipe, etc) available for us to clean up after ourselves prior to check out
