Summary: Check in was easy, shower heads needed fixing. Everything we needed was in the room and nearby shops and beach was a walking distance. Had issues with random boys jumping into the pool from the roof and nothing was done about it. Apart from that stay was OK

Summary: We had a 2 night weekend stay and Copacabana Shores was perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach, spacious rooms with kitchenette.

Summary: I stayed on room 2 which is a groundfloor spa suite and I am so sorry I did. It seemed all the plumbing for tbe other suites ran through the walls of mine and transferred into it. The walls were thin and I could hear the conversations, movements and intimate moments of other guests. Slamming doors, stomping feet, dragging furniture, the list goes on. Another suite put their spa on, twice, at 11.00pm on Sunday night and the noise made it impossible to sleep. My call to reception must have been diverted to the owner who said he would contact the onsite manager to "sort it out" but nothing was done as the spa continued until 11.30 pm, followed by audible initimate activity upstairs. The manager was pleasant but useless, the doors inside my room were ill fitting, the curtains didn't cover all the windows, they were scabby witj the toilet paper and there were no tissues provided. I'll need a number of nights at home to catch up on my lack of sleep caused by my stay here. I will never stay there again and I would never recommend it.
