Positive: The price, location, the bed, and the staff were all great. Nothing really to complain about. I went for Christmas, and it was a great place to stay as the places I want to visit most were in walking distance from the hotel.
Negative: There's nothing really that I didn't like about my stay at the hotel, except that I thought the bathroom was on the smaller side. I would stay again however.

Positive: The location is perfect, the rooms are perfectly adequate, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean and everything was working perfectly. For Boston in the the winter this hotel is a jem.
Negative: I don't consider it an issue, but for the sake of it - the elevator is very slow :) This should not detract anybody from choosing this place, it is a great hotel.

Positive: Overall nice place and good experience.
Negative: We reserved 3 Queen bedrooms, however the bed itself looked like a double. Definitely a cozy fit for friends to sleep together.

Positive: The location is perfect, short walking distance to Bostons attractions. The room was cosy and roomy, the bed was excellent and bed linen of good quality. Above all was the staff. The staff was very helpful and really made an effort to make our stay as good as possible. Thank you so much to Trinity and Nikky, you are the best!

Positive: No breakfast. Free hot drinks!! Location was excellent. The facility was very clean.
Negative: The room was small, but adequate. It needed a chair and perhaps a drop down shelf or some other surface on which to work. The only place to work was in the guest kitchen which was cold and drafty.
Summary: It was satisfactory and I would return as long as the price was right!
