We are located between Little Falls, NY and Dolgeville NY. We are located at the foothills of the Adirondacks, with just a thirty-minute drive to Utica. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany NY. Cooperstown NY is also just a forty-five-minute drive! This home is also approximately four to five miles from Rustic Ties in Dolgeville and Beardslee Castle in Little Falls, both great wedding venues. There are two bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath, the upstairs has the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The kitchen/dining/living area is an open floor plan, great for making those memories. The front porch has a seating area and a grill. The backyard has a fire pit with seating for some unwinding.
