Positive: Beds were nice and the unit was clean. Very quiet and though the units are joined, you cannot hear people in the unit next to you. I would stay there again. I was not expecting much more than I received. If you are looking for a good place to stay for any length of time and you don't need any frills, then this is the motel for you. They had a good selection of channel choices on the tv as well. The motel is on the edge of town. I like being outside of the town as that gets you away from the roaming derelicts at night and will ensure more quiet at night.
Negative: The seats in my unit were uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. That was probably the worst part of the stay. I don't have any other negative things to say about the motel.

Positive: The cooking unit and full size fridge. Property was maintained and is next to the river. It was located outside of town but still close enough to town.
Negative: Room needed more of a deep cleaning and some repairs from wear and tear.
