Positive: Copper Sky is a nice building. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the large balcony and amenities building with outdoor hot tub and outdoor pool. There are also outdoor tennis and pickleball courts.
Negative: 2nd bedroom could use room darkening curtains.

Positive: Really easy to communicate in order to get the keys. It took less than 5 minutes to get inside the apartment. Everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. My parents and I were really happy with the stay. Super close to all the West Kelowna wineries and a great location that overlooked the lake.
Negative: Truly such a great stay. The bed that I slept in did not have the most comfortable pillows, but it was nothing that I couldn't solve myself by finding other pillows in the apartment.
Summary: Great value in the Okanagan.

Positive: Although we didn't get the opportunity to use the facilities, the amenities building for this complex is really nice. A large pool, kiddies pool, hot-tub, pickleball courts (two), tennis court, giant chess game and gym. These facilities would most definitely have been used by us had we had the time.
Negative: The bed linens and pillows are very sub standard and I've passed this information along to the Property Manager so the owners can deal with this. Definitely need to be upgraded.
