Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully-furnished two-bedroom and two bathroom vacation rental. Our vacation guest house is located right on Beach Avenue in the quaint village of Peachland, BC. Situated on Peachlandโ€™s Beachfront Walk, alongside a continuous public beach with a marina, boat rentals, boat launch, lifeguard-supervised Swim Bay, art gallery, tourist information. Enjoy a beautiful stroll to fabulous restaurants, bakery/bistro, pubs and unique shops. It is an easy walk to the IGA grocery store, strip mall, parks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, skateboard park, fitness trail. Paddleboard, kayak and bicycle rentals nearby.
Our Beachfront Vacation Guest House (950 sq ft) has two bedrooms each with queen-sized bed. The sofa in the living room has a fold-out queen-sized mattress as well. The unit will sleep six, but it is best suited for four people. There is a large deck with a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. The guest house is on the second level with a beautiful view of Lake Okanagan during the day and with the night lights of Peachland Town Centre reflecting on the water after dark.
The Guest House is air-conditioned, has new laundry appliances, wi-fi and a flat screen Smart TV including Netflix. It is like new and immaculately clean. This is a no children/ no smoking/no pets accommodation. We have been operating our vacation rental since 2017, and the majority of our bookings are now returning guests. Guests who have 'discovered ' us often return year after year. The feedback we most often receive are comments such as: Immaculately clean, well-equipped, the large deck with the beautiful view day and night, the location on Okanagan Lake and situated in the centre of beautiful Beach Ave with several kilometers of walking/cycling/bicycling right along the water.

Peachland is centrally located, within a 30 minute drive to Kelowna or Penticton. Kelowna International Airport is a 45 minute drive. Peachland is situated at the junction of the Okanagan Connector Hwy from Vancouver and the Okanagan Hwy 97.
Enjoy the quiet pace of small-town Peachland. The City of West Kelowna, less than a 10 minute drive, has the convenience of large retail outlets, restaurants, golfing, movie theatres.
Located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley Wine Country, experience a wine tour of some of the many wineries including the world famous Mission Hill Winery which is nearby. Or visit a fruit stand located right at the orchard where the fruit is grown and picked fresh.

Summary: All communication with Rodney and Kimwas so easy from the initial booking request to saying goodbye. The beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. We spent every morning sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee, listening to the birds and watching the water. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and everything was so clean. Looking forward to going back.

Summary: Exactly as pictured...and better! Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable. A well-equipped kitchen, with the lovely added touch of fresh pastries/muffins on arrival. The terrace - with the view of the lake right across the street - is spectacular: perfect for a BBQ or sipping on that bottle of wine acquired at one of the many nearby wineries. Communication with the host was prompt. Highly recommend!!

Summary: We loved the suite and the hosts were top notch!! We enjoyed coming into the clean suite, with fresh fruit and baking upon arrival!! The view is perfect and the location is awesome. Weโ€™d recommend this place to anyone either in the summer or winter.

Summary: My husband and myself stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very clean and set up beautifully. There is a massive deck with Adirondack chairs with a view of the lake. Rodney the owner was very pleasant. We chatted for a while on one of the days here. The suite is right across the street from the lake. It's quite rocky, so bring a chair. They had a bbq and propane all set up, which we utilized to make easy, convenient dinners. We loved how quiet peachland is, and would absolutely stay at this location again.
