Summary: Normally stay here and have excellent stay but after trying to shower that night no hot water, AC that only trickled out heat on full! and no spare blanket so doubled over duvet to warm. Lovely clean rest of facilities and staff very friendly. Will give another chance as hope only one off.

Summary: Great stay for a weekend getaway. Rooms were nice and clean and service from reception was amazing. I love how there’s a locked carpark just feels a little bit more safer. Super close to all shops bars and cafes

Summary: Undergoing renovations. Gym opens at 7am which is not ideal when you are travelling on business. Otherwise fine.

Summary: Price was great but hotel is under heavy renovation. Twin room was actually a double room so they moved us to a so called suite which was actually an old tired motel unit. Only real good thing was the low price. No mention when we booked that the hotel was under renovation

Summary: Always enjoy my stay. Huge renovations with minimum interruption to improve guests stay. Would be great to upgrade T.V’s to include Netflix. That’s my personal opinion.

Summary: Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from The Square. Easily accessible by car and lots of parking space available. Good breakfast selection at the hotel restaurant, and great service both there and at the bar. Large, clean and airy rooms. I appreciated the opportunity to "give a kiwi a meal" by skipping the daily cleaning.
