Positive: First of all, majority of the staff is simply great. They were helpful and friendly. It was clean both inside of our villa and facilities. You can book all the restaurants without any extra charge which is quite good. The atmosphere around the island is quite charming.
Negative: Finding an ice-cold beer, sparkling wine, or white wine is surprisingly difficult—not because of the hot weather (which it certainly is) but due to the overall inefficiency of the refrigerators. Even the minibar in our room was only mildly cool, so we had to request an ice bucket every night. While the staff was always helpful in providing ice whenever possible, it became a bit of a hassle—especially on an island where relaxation should come effortlessly. Despite their impressive wine list, we struggled to fully enjoy it due to this issue. As food lovers, we carefully chose a resort that promised an exceptional culinary experience. Cora Cora seemed like the perfect choice, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. While the food wasn’t bad by any means, it also wasn’t particularly memorable. We wouldn’t want to discourage anyone from visiting, but if you're expecting something truly extraordinary, you might be left wanting more. We also encountered a few minor inconveniences, such as our "freedom coach" forgetting to inform us that the sunset cruise had been canceled. Unfortunately, we only found out after arriving at the departure area—without any prior notice, apology, or offer to reschedule. The bed in our villa is definitely due for a replacement, as it felt noticeably worn out.
Summary: Overall, the resort is nice and adequate but didn't live up to our expectations.

Positive: I liked pretty much the whole Island. :) It was amazing for the whole family and all of us had something we liked. The staff was very greeting and accommodating so they made us feel very welcomed. I would recommend it for a visit, especially for families as it is an amazing environment for kids.
Negative: I wouldn't say I didn't like it, however, I was surprised by the lack of seafood options on restaurant menus. Considering the location, I was expecting to have a lot more fresh fish and other seafood available. But as I said, I wouldn't consider it as a complaint but rather a suggestion.
Summary: Beautiful place to relax and enjoy with the whole family.

Positive: 100% recommend! Fantastic island. Dine around all inclusive was great as no buffet meals except breakfast. Lots of drink and food options. Loved the coffee shop as well. Lots of snorkelling direct off the island. Resort is perfect for families.
Negative: Not a major issue but Airport lounge used by seaplane company is very dated and limited choices compared to competitors.
