Positive: Barefoot Bay is the perfect spot to just relax and unwind! We loved having our own beach access, and the pool was a huge plus too. It was a perfect way to hang out with friends and make memories. We’ll be back for sure

Positive: Its small and cute best for 4-6 size family with few kids. Beach is 100 min away and private. The ocean was pristine with huge tides so anyone can surf easily. And although the undercurrents are unpredictable we could easily enjoy our water moments. The pool is right at the end and beside the gate that opens to the beach. Pool is huge with a kids swimming area. Yes its a shared pool and I don’t what the fuss is about having a time slot to use the pool. I liked the slots per villa rather than sharing pool with others. Ofcourse if we visit during peak season all the villa will be occupied and the slots will have to be adhered. We went off season and there was no one so the pool was available to us entirely. Phone network is 5G so i really didn’t need wifi but if one needs it there is an airtel dongle that works well too. I would definitely ask the owner to install a water purifier as shops are not close by and drinking water provided in cans are filled locally so I purchased 5Ltr cans until i stayed. Already provided feedback on getting the kitchen utensils and induction to be changed so hopefully that will be done. All in all i loved the place and will definitely will visit here again with friends as well as family.

Positive: Location is good. Has private access to public beach. It is a Row house in a society of Row houses. Row house has hall and small kitchen on ground floor and two bedrooms on first floor. It was clean, AC worked decently. 1 hour was allocated in small swimming pool. Wifi was 4G hotspot which worked well. Owner was very responsive to queries asked and answered them promptly on whatsapp. He also shared the photos and video . Could order from Zomato and Swiggy. Also if you have car, there are few options for food in ECR and Paddur. They have inverter which had backup for light and fan. Could park outside the door. Good for group upto 4. Difficult to fit more people
Negative: Rooms are small, especially bedrooms. Some more thought can be put. Door mat was missing at main door, there was no place (stand) to put your wet clothes, which is essential when coming back from beach. Beach is not super clean. The garbage is dumped just at the back of house in adjoining plot, which looked ugly. Hall had comfortable seating space for 3. When I first queried the owner about the Google reviews of the property, he said he will make sure no issues faced and shared pics of his new property, which looked very spanky and posh. It turned out that it was not the property that we rented, The one we rented was much more modest. This lead to misinterpretation. Fan in both bedrooms and hall only worked on full speed. So if you want reduced speed of fan, then not possible
