Positive: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, wifi worked well, newly built, comfortable and a wonderful rooftop. Location was also great, walking distance to everything we needed. Free coffee and pastries in the lobby were a nice touch, especially for our early diving mornings!
Negative: Elevator was broken during our stay and at one point hot water stopped for a few hours. Otherwise perfect - seems they struggle with a few maintenance issues.

Positive: Great staff, really clean- they clean rooms every day. Rooftop pool is great. The location is really close to ferry and not loud at all. Massive TV and love the complimentary coffee on receptions.
Negative: Double bed was slightly on the small size for us but I'm pretty big.

Positive: The hotel is close to everything. The staff was very helpful. They have some small cakes, coffee and tea for free that you can have when ever you want.
Negative: No Breakfast. We had to go to a restaurant every day for one. I prefer it that way. The elevator wasn't working all the time we stayed there. We were on the first floor, so that wasn't that bad. But they have 5 floors and the pool is on the roof, and you had to use the steppes all the way up and down. They didnt even offer any discount for the discomfort.

Positive: The location was fantastic, the staff at the front desk were lovely and gave us great recommendations for dinners and breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Rooftop pool was lovely!
Negative: The lift was out of order for our stay. The room/bathroom are quite small.
