Positive: I booked the 'Deluxe' room. As soon as I saw the room, I asked to switch to another room because there was mould all over the walls. I have no complaints about the actual room I ended up staying in, but do not book the Deluxe room. They made me pay an extra 1000 rupees to upgrade to the better room which I think was unfair. Nobody should have to stay in the room I'd first booked.

Negative: The original room I'd booked is not safe to sleep in due to the mould everywhere.
