Positive: Hi!! We LOVED the location and the view. Unfortunately direct beach access would have been a game changer. We also noticed the home is incredibly outdated on the inside. Trim is missing/falling off, the skylight above the guest bathroom was leaking (which was reported immediately and three different people told me different stuff) and the shower heads need serious work. While we enjoyed our stay, there is a lot of issues a small investment could correct. The pans were so messed up that you couldn’t hardly cook on them, and there were ants the entire time we were there. We kept everything in sandwich bags and in the fridge the whole stay because ants would crawl on you just sitting on the couch. Things weren’t cleaned great, and the bedside tables were sticky. I definitely think this place could be INCREDIBLE if worked on, I wouldn’t book here again due to this.

Positive: We loved the place. it had everything we need. Hot tub was great, view we wonderful. Bed was comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.
Summary: I'm sorry I didn't book it for a longer stay. This was a last-minute idea.

Positive: Fantastic location! Everything you need for an extended stay is there at the property.
Negative: The roof was leaking while we were there in several spots. The shower sprays all over the place. The hot tub wasn’t working. I was given 105 for the hot tub not working. I was promised 30% back for the leaking roof and the moldy walls which would have been 288 but they only gave me 95 dollars. That’s ok use the money to fix the roof and shower.

Positive: Quiet area and neighborhood. Very verbally responsive rental company, but no action Nice hot tub Well stocked linens Fire pit was fun but no view of ocean over vegetation Great laundry appliances Safe deck for kids Lovely antique furniture and comfy couches
Negative: Kitchen needs updating and is not well stocked. Few dish options or wine glasses. Kitchen not really good for cooking for a family. Can't safely walk to the beach. Vegetation needs trimmed, can't be seated on deck and see the ocean. Carpets smelled of urine without windows opened so was strong upon arrival. Layout is rather odd with access to family room thru a bedroom so weird to use with more than one couple. No TV in main living area. Dining space barely room for 4, not suitable for a sit down dinner or more than a couple kids
