Positive: Close proximity to lots (market, restaurants, park). My room ad a view of the water.
Negative: There was a loud noise that could heard all night. It sounded like a generator. Also, one light in the room would randomly turn on and off throughout the night (also occurred in my friend's room). Finally, someone's dog barked all night. No staff on duty to address it. So, while comfortable, I did not sleep well.
Summary: If noise doesn't bother you, a good place to stay.

Negative: I had written them a message on here before arriving but I didn’t get any reply. Everything worked out though and the staff was nice!

Positive: When I came early I met a delightful receptionist who said she can recommend me a cafe to visit while waiting if not there's coffee at the pantry! She was shocked that I already knew one. I wish I interacted more with her as she was very cheerful and well spoken. Facilities wise: For such a price point, you get an incredibly good bed. I feel in deep sleep and actually dreamed (I rarely do) and it had Lee DongWook in it! lol. also the ocean view from my room is spectacular. The washing machine and dryer are Samsung's AI series and they're very efficient. Also you can have a good cup of coffee any time of the day! Accessibility: It is close to bus stops for the poor/unlicensed solo traveller like me who wants to move around everywhere and there is a beautiful park a stone's throw away that you can enjoy that is overlooking the ocean! Oh yes the CU is literally next door!
Negative: Nothing really. I will definitely come again and probably this time... drag someone who can drive lol.
