Summary: This was the second time we have stayed at Max and Annie’s. The apartment and pool were just as we had remembered. The heated pool is a fantastic facility for children and adults alike. The location is perfect for exploring the Riviera. The property is extremely secure and backs onto a fantastic natural park. The view of the bay of Cannes is one worth coming back for. Annie’s welcome homemade orange cake was also delicious.

Summary: Here are a few things why I gave this property 3 stars. The owners had their teen age grand children in the pool the whole day the whole week we were there, noisy and splashy and also the owner lives, right above the pool windows and doors and balcony open all day long. We did not use the pool at all. It is a very steep long road it is not walkable to the beach or stores. There is a very small market about 10 mn away by car but if you need a grocery store it is 35mn away by car as well as an area for restaurants etc...We were desappointed but the view was beautiful very high up on the hill. The owners were fiendly.

Summary: Highly recommend the apartment if you’re after an amazing pool for the kids or yourself. Loads of pool inflatables for adults and kids. Lovely garden and setting. Apartment is clean and has great air conditioning. The views from the balcony are superb. The apartment is self contained and you barely notice Annie and Max. They are very friendly when you do have a question. With a bit of navigation you can gain foot access to the Esterel park behind the properties of the estate. Well worth the effort for the views.

Summary: The appartment is at the third floor of a nice villa with the owner living below. It is fully eqipped in every sense of the word and on arrival the owner had a cold rose in the fridge and provided a very nice homebaked cake! The most amazing sea view all the way to Cannes over the bay. The pool was uniquely at our disposal and very well kept even with free playthings and next to the pool a table soccer for fun. Owners dont speak much English but are extremely friendly and otherwis almost invisible. We have been staying many places around Figurette, but this is definitely a great place and best value for money. We will be back.

Summary: This has been the best property I have rented in the south of France. It's modern with all mod cons, with a stunning view of the coastline. The owners we're discrete and very helpful. The pool was a good size which also looked out to the sea. Air con throughout made it very comfortable. Would recommend highly.

Summary: We enjoyed very much our stay in Le Trayas and we would've liked to be able to stay longer, because there is so much to see and so much do in the area. The apartment is located on the last flour of the owners' house, but has a separate entrance, so the guests do have the needed privacy. The bedrooms are much smaller than I expected and are separated by a thin wall through which you can hear almost every noise. The living and dinning area is very large, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony offers a splendid view of the coast, therefore having breakfast on that balcony was a perfect way to start our every day. Le Trayas is close to Cannes and to the entrance to the highway (about 20 minutes). The house is located on a pretty steep hill, so a car is really necessary to be able to make the journey up and down every day. At the base of this hill there is a beautiful calanque with red stones on the beach and perfectly clear water. Not far away, in the town of Théoule-sur-Mer, there is another nice beach and even the long, sandy beach of Cannes is pretty close. The owners are lovely people, who seam to be always smiling. It is a real pleasure to talk to them, but it really helps if you know French. They greeted us with coffee and tee and even a home made cake. Thank you very much for everything!
