Le Trayas: New house, new condition, real little gem in absolute calm, on two levels with sea view, fully air-conditioned, WiFi connection, 10x4 pool and garden, 750 m2 plot completely fenced with electric gate, Garage with automatic gate and outdoor location as well as the possibility of parking on the very quiet Avenue.
On the ground floor, entrance with guest toilet, laundry with storage washing machine and direct access to the garage, a very well equipped American kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob, extractor hood, washing machine. crockery, open onto sea view terrace and dining room with its 2 terraces: one with sea view and swimming pool, a second large covered terrace with plancha and large tables for 8 guests.
The air-conditioned living - dining room includes a large corner sofa with coffee table, desk bookcase furniture, large screen TV cabinet and home cinema installation, audio system plus 2 low storage units. Dining table for 8 people.
On the 1st floor, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, 2 of which are en suite with private adjoining shower room plus an independent shower room and WC for the other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds which can to pair.
In the garden, 10x4 infinity pool with comfortable access to the pool by stairs in the children's area with a depth of 0. 90 then slope up to 1. 60 meters. Summary: We have just had an amazing 2 week stay in this beautiful home as a family of 4 and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including lots of space. The views are amazing and the pool superb. Very easy check in and check out process and the host was on hand for any queries. We hope to see you again.

Summary: Great views, space and facilities in the property but isolated regarding shops, bars and life in general. A car is a must at all times. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Six of us had a great stay here at the end of May. The house is spacious and well equipped for up to eight people. Lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of space and chairs / tables. Also plenty of bathrooms. There are beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the coastline. Trayas is a quiet place. There is I think just one shop where we bought croissants and bread. It’s quite expensive but is only a short walk down the hill (but steep hill back up). There are a few restaurants in the village but we only went to Ma Tipi for lunch on the beach.

Summary: This is a house I would recommend to my best friends. It is build on the slope of hill with a splendid view over the Mediterranean. The house is very clean and tidy, well maintained and good organized. We rented this "heaven on earth" already for the fifth consecutive time. It is located very well: in a calm region but close to everything you need. The pool is very good oriented and has crystal clear water, the rooms are airconditioned, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is very spacious as-well. The location has the best comfort you can imagine and is located in a very safe neighborhood. Our kids love it and feel "at home". The owner is very correct and easy going. No hidden costs but very straightforward. Even the cleaning personnel is client-oriented. Don't hesitate and book it!!!
